Customer Service Notice: Ensuring a Smooth Experience for You
At Sils Auto, delivering the highest level of service to our customers is our top priority. To help us serve you better and avoid any delays, please review the following information, especially during the busy peak season (November–December):
Oct / Nov / Dec – Special Notes 2025/2026
[A] SHUTTLE SERVICE: Will operate at 8am depart and 9am depart , we are unable to guarantee out side that time as staff will be used elsewhere to assist with technicians. Afternoon shuttle will be done in group pick ups at scheduled times. Afternoon Shuttle are done in groups runs, late afternoon. ( if you need Right now – On Demand service please arrange your own ride or use UBER)
[B] Tire appoints are to be left for the day as WAITING while service performed is not possible. If you were booked by a team member to wait for your service please call 905-823-2626 and confirm this as tire appointments can be delayed pending carry over days work in the morning.
[C] Please clean off ice, snow , mud, leaves, debris from tire change overs if they were stored outside. We wish to use time wisely and some vehicles tires, and tire bags are covered in debris & water which takes technicians extra time to clean before they can commence work. Extra fee may apply.
[D] We will pause our quick car clean up for peak season due to staffing issues and team members will be redirected to aide with our primary task to service, maintain and repair vehicles.
The Waiter Experience
For your convenience, waiter service visits can be pre-booked in advance, ensuring a seamless experience, particularly for basic services like an Oil Change. We wish to avoid you showing up and then requesting to wait for the service only to find out we have other customers already booked.
Generally, cars are dropped off and ready for pick-up at a later promised time, optimizing your schedule.
For tire changeovers, we’ve streamlined the process by not offering waiting appointments. Instead, we encourage you to call our office at 905-823-2626 if you prefer to wait. We will arrange dates outside peak periods to enhance your overall service experience.
Benefit from our Shuttle Service ( 8:00am & 9:00am shuttle) After that may not be on the road due to staff reassigned, no guarantee available.
Enjoy the convenience of our shuttle service by reserving ahead, especially during peak seasons like Spring and Fall. While it operates on a first-come, first-served basis at other times, we ensure group scheduling for efficiency. In the event of delays, consider pre-arranging alternative transportation or dropping off your vehicle the night before.
Regrettably, we are unable to promise an immediate “on-demand” shuttle service, exclusively catering to your transportation needs at the precise moment of your arrival. You are welcome to arrange a taxi, or ride service like Uber ahead of time.
Shuttle services are available at 8:00 am and 9:00 am within a 10 km radius of the shop, offering a hassle-free experience. Please note delays in traffic impact shuttle service times.
Efficient Tire Season Changeovers ( April & May, Oct, Nov & Dec)
For tire changeovers, enhance efficiency by removing your wheel lock key or informing us of its location. This simple step ensures a smooth process without the need for technicians to disassemble your car to locate it. Additionally, please clean tires from excess water, mud, ice when stored outside before installation visit to avoid additional fees.
Enhance Your Service Experience with Complimentary Loaner Courtesy Cars
Elevate your service experience with our complimentary loaner courtesy cars, thoughtfully pre-bookedto accommodate longer or multi-day service repairs. If this service is beneficial for you, our dedicated service advisors are here to assist. Customers aged 21 and above, with a 1) valid driver’s license, 2) credit card and 3) your own insurance coverage in place, you can take advantage of this convenient offering if available. Please note that courtesy cars are not provided for basic oil change or tire-only service visits. Vehicle must stay within the vicinity of the company (100kms) , you are fully responsible for any service or vehicle related issues. It is the customers responsibility to verify insurance coverages prior to your service visit, as any damages to the vehicle are charged to your credit card. It would be like you’re driving your own vehicle with damages and liability.
Convenient After Hours or Early Bird Drop Form
To further assist you, we welcome you to download our drop-off form and park your vehicle in front of our facility during non-business hours. Forms are conveniently placed on the front wall next to the office door, and the drop slot is easily accessible in the front window glass on the left side. They must be filled and signed or we are unable to work on your vehicle legally. Your seamless experience is our priority, even when our doors are closed.
