Our workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 12 months / 20,000 kilometers* (24 months / 40,000 kilometers for premium quality parts) with our Nationwide Warranty. The time and distance (e.g. 12 months / 20,000 km), whichever comes first, begins immediately following the performance of the service/repair operation, to the extent that we will replace faulty materials or render new services (as the case may be) but not exceeding the amount originally charged.
This warranty shall not apply to any parts and workmanship that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, road hazard, accident or altered by anyone other than the operator. Declining a repair or service that will effect another recently replaced part or service will void warranty for the prior replaced component. Warranty is non transferable. Proof of maintenance may be requested at any time to maintain warranty guarantee.
* Non-premium parts such as economy line, second line parts are 90 days or 5000 km, whichever comes first. No warranty on used parts or labour.

Great experience with the staff at Sil's Auto care centre. From the moment I called to make and appointment to the follow up calls on the service amd then pick up it was all great. They are all very friendly and kind and respectful, cleaned and vacuumed my car before pick up, there isn't anything bad to say about that people other than if u need a place to take ur car for service...I highly recommend this place! I appreciate how they show and talk out the car issues & repairs in a way I can understand. They are all knowledgeable, skilled, professional & friendly. Sil's is not the cheapest garage around, I've been to too many of those places haha. Instead, Sil's is a reasonable price and offers WAY BETTER service and professionalism. They always give me a detailed rundown of whatever they've done and whatever might be worth doing soon, and I NEVER feel like I am being sold unneeded work. Service is always friendly, wait times are clear, and my car comes back vacuumed and clean. Plus, I trust them. Don't try to save a few bucks when it comes to maintaining your car - Sil's is 100% worth it.

Friendly and welcoming experience at Sil's Auto. We have a wheelchair van we hope to use to drive my dad around that needed an airbag light diagnostic. We were told by a few different mechanics that they couldn't diagnose the problem, then when I brought it in to Sil's they diagnosed it the day I called within 15 minutes of arriving there. Wow!! And did this as a courtesy, not charging me, just helping me out. Would recommend Sil's Auto to anyone in the area, thank you again!!

I wish we’d found them earlier! We’re in the neighbourhood and took up their complimentary drop and pickup by Tim who was great. The car service was really good - reports were thorough and informative and after service clean up was a bonus! Customer service was fabulous and we’ll be back with our second vehicle very soon
