What to Expect
Your First Visit
Courtesy Vehicle Inspection – We will inspect your vehicle to ensure that it is performing at an optimal and safe level. Based on our findings, we will provide a Vehicle Status Review with an estimate for any services and repairs that are needed. We will then proceed according to your instructions.
Maintenance Preference – We will discuss an ongoing Maintenance Schedule that suits your vehicle and driving habits. This Schedule will then be entered into your customer file.
Your Next Visit – We will book your next appointment according to the agreed Maintenance Schedule to suit your availability.
All Future Visits
Reminders – Two weeks before each scheduled visit, we will call to confirm the service is due and set a time that works for you.
Courtesy Inspection – The same courtesy inspection and reporting process described above is completed every time you visit.
Transportation – In addition to our Courtesy Shuttle, we have limited number courtesy vehicles available for your convenience.
Work Process – Our facility is furnished with modern diagnostic and repair equipment. Only qualified technicians will work on your vehicle. We will never do any repairs without your authorization.
Maintenance & Repair Records – We will set up a file to track all maintenance and repairs performed or recommended.
On Time & Done Right – Every time we repair your vehicle, we test it, we clean it, and we contact you a few days later to ensure your total satisfaction.
All premium quality parts and labour are guaranteed for at least 24 months and 40,000 kilometres from the initial service date, not to exceed manufacturers’ warranties, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Optional Lifetime Warranties – Some premium products may offer a 5 year or lifetime part warranty. Vehicles under 120,000 kms may qualify for our No Charge Sils Auto Fluid Protection Plan. All car batteries are warranted by our industry leading CAA Approved North American Pro Rated Program, offering 3 years parts coverage at no charge with a full 72 month coverage.
Code of Ethics
We will always explain exactly what repairs are required and why before we proceed with any work on your vehicle. When the job is done we explain ALL charges thoroughly. The Service Advisor and Technician assigned to your vehicle will answer any questions you may have. In order to ensure the safety and performance of your vehicle we rely on honest communication with our customers. Please advise us of any concerns that you have about your vehicle so that we can provide the best possible service and repairs.
Scheduled Maintenance –Warranty approved, mileage specific, customized personal or company maintenance plans can be performed.
Tires – As a Signature Tire location we sell thousands of tires every year offering customers a wide range of brands and quality levels.
Tire Storage –We offer safe and convenient storage of your offseason tires.
Loyalty / Rewards – All of our customers receive free membership in our Rewards Card Program. CAA members have access to CAA’s Rewards Dollar Program.

Customer Lounge – Customers enjoy our wireless internet lounge, with complimentary coffee, water and TV.
Early Bird / Night Owl Service – To accommodate your busy schedule simply drop off your vehicle and deposit your keys in our convenient drop slot.
Referral Card Program – Your Service Advisor will review your personal Referral Card Program after completion of your vehicle service.
Batteries –We offer premium CAA battery replacements with 72 month North American coverage.
WOW Factor– Every vehicle that leaves our shop is cleaned.
Fair Business Practice
S = Severe or Safety
The repair should be performed immediately.
R = Recommended
The repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.
A = Advised
The condition should be monitored to avoid future problems.
Labour Charges Our Technicians’ time is billed at competitive rates. The total labour estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labour time guide, or by a job package menu price.
Parts We use only high quality parts backed by a North America wide warranty. If requested, we will make your worn out parts available to you.
