Susan has been amazing! I've had such a positive experience. We dropped off the car and even got a shuttle ride back to pick up the vehicle. She has been in touch with me ever since to see if the engine light has come back on. Even though, she is at the front desk, you can tell she has the experience and knowledge of what was wrong with the car. They even saved me $350 because they did a proper diagnostics unlike the other mechanic shops I've taken it to. They really go above and beyond and strive for the best interest of the customer. Amazing experience. It is a very professionally run organisation, very transparent and have customer centric approach. The process starts from the time car is taken, which is followed by a diagnostic report that has the name and photo of the Service Advisor and Mechanic. The diagnostic report is split into various components based on the criticality of the service / maintenance. Every aspect is communicated and discussed including the cost so there are no surprises. I made an appointment online on the Sunday for morning after holiday Monday. Tues I received confirmation at 7am. for 9 am. Their booking system is awesome! I also love how they email you and text you the receipt with detailed work done. They took the time to pinpoint the issue unlike other mechanics that could not troubleshoot the issue. They saved me $350! Susan was well aware of the Mazda warranty (i drive a 2019) and she even had no issue contacting Mazda on my behalf to find out if it was under warranty should the car have another engine light. The staff is really nice. Professional place and organized. Additionally, the customer service at Sil's Auto is exceptional.
