When my van broke down and I was stuck looking for a mechanic I tried SIL’s. It was past 5pm and I wasn’t sure if anyone would answer. Not only was I greeted with warmth but I felt taken care of immediately . Sue walked me through every step and kept timely updates. My vehicle was repaired the next day. This place what's currently recommended to me by one of my co-workers. After a few years of using their service I want to give them the best possible recommendation. The owner (Carlo) is a very kind person. The front desk team (Susan and John) is very nice and well organized. The engineering team is great too. I have never had any issues with their work. The price is very reasonable. I like their shuttle service and the way how they share diagnostic detsils with the clients (detsiled email + video + follow up call). I recommend Sil's Auto Care Center without any reservation.

I was driving across Dundas when there were three beeps coming from my dash. I looked and there was an icon on the dash that I did not recognize. But I also saw brake and got spooked thinking my brakes were faulty. I called a tow truck and the guy said the problem was my tires. I drove the car to Sil's without an appointment and discovered that there was a nail in my tire which they promptly fixed. I must say everyone at Sil's was very considerate. I also think that Mazda should not have the brake icon and the tire icon to be so similar.

I had a full inspection done on my car. The inspection fee was reasonable, and they provided clear photos along with a detailed explanation of the areas that might need attention and those they recommended fixing. I had the A/C compressor and cabin filter replaced, engine oil changed, and the full inspection with tax came out to just over \$2,000. I’m not sure if that’s cheaper than other places, but I was very satisfied with the overall service and would definitely trust them with my car mainte.
