Tire Season 2024. Please read notes. Shuttle 7:30 to 9am, need to reserve due seasonal volume. Afternoon pick up will be group runs , local only. We avoid 1 only car runs as we don’t have the manpower. Tire service visits will need to leave car all day, if you need back by says “Noon” please book another date. Carlo Sabucco -Owner Sils Auto .
The Waiter Experience
For your convenience, waiter service visits can be pre-booked in advance, ensuring a seamless experience, particularly for basic services like an Oil Change. We wish to avoid you showing up and then requesting to wait for the service only to find out we have other customers already booked.
Generally, cars are dropped off and ready for pick-up at a later promised time, optimizing your schedule.
For tire changeovers, we’ve streamlined the process by not offering waiting appointments. Instead, we encourage you to call our office at 905-823-2626 if you prefer to wait. We will arrange dates outside peak periods to enhance your overall service experience.
Benefit from our Shuttle Service
Enjoy the convenience of our shuttle service by reserving ahead, especially during peak seasons like Spring and Fall. While it operates on a first-come, first-served basis at other times, we ensure group scheduling for efficiency. In the event of delays, consider pre-arranging alternative transportation or dropping off your vehicle the night before.
Regrettably, we are unable to promise an immediate “on-demand” shuttle service, exclusively catering to your transportation needs at the precise moment of your arrival. You are welcome to arrange a taxi, or ride service like Uber ahead of time.
Shuttle services are available at 8:00 am and 9:00 am within a 10 km radius of the shop, offering a hassle-free experience. Please note delays in traffic impact shuttle service times.
Efficient Tire Season Changeovers ( April & May, Oct, Nov & Dec)
For tire changeovers, enhance efficiency by removing your wheel lock key or informing us of its location. This simple step ensures a smooth process without the need for technicians to disassemble your car to locate it. Additionally, please clean tires from excess water, mud, ice when stored outside before installation visit to avoid additional fees.

Elevate your service experience with our complimentary loaner courtesy cars, thoughtfully pre-booked to accommodate longer or multi-day service repairs. If this service is beneficial for you, our dedicated service advisors are here to assist. Customers aged 21 and above, with a valid driver’s license and credit card, can take advantage of this convenient offering. Please note that courtesy cars are not provided for basic oil change or tire-only service visits. Vehicle must stay within the vicinity of the company (100kms) , you are fully responsible for any service or vehicle related issues. It is the customers responsibility to verify insurance coverages prior to your service visit, as any damages to the vehicle are charged to your credit card.
Convenient After Hours or Early Bird Drop Form
To further assist you, we welcome you to download our drop-off form and park your vehicle in front of our facility during non-business hours. Forms are conveniently placed on the front wall next to the office door, and the drop slot is easily accessible in the front window glass on the left side. Your seamless experience is our priority, even when our doors are closed.

Tommy at Sil’s was my angel with a terrible car experience- my engine was breaking down at 5, and he told me to bring it in right away and he would look at it; on the way my engine seized and I had to get a tow- he waited until I got there and then gave me a loaner car! I was able to get home as I lived far away and he let me keep the car for two nights until I came back into town! He also gave me a great price on the inspection and told me about the recalls for my vehicle- I can’t thank him enough for saving me on a really bad day. He is extremely knowledgeable, and an angel in tough times, I will use Sil’s from now on

Great staff, Great Service. Brought my car here for a pre purchase inspection. They sent me a fully online report with what was checked and what needs replacing with photos.

You will not find a more caring company with such attention to detail. Susan and Terry are so helpful; going above and beyond to help me with car related things...eg. where to get a trailer hitch and bike rack. Carlo, the owner clearly loves his work and his clients. We moved to Niagara-on-the-lake 6 years ago and I still go back for regular service on both our Lincoln snd Lexus.

I want to express my gratitude to Carlo and his amazing team for solving the pulling issue with my Lexus. I had taken my car to the dealership multiple times without any success and ended up paying them a couple of times. It reached a point where I was told that the only solution was to replace several parts, with a bill of over $3,000. This didn't make any sense to me until I found this shop and met Carlo. He provided a reasonable explanation and a step-by-step diagnosis, which gave me confidence in his approach. I trusted his shop and got my car fixed for a fraction of what the dealership quoted, without replacing unnecessary parts. Thank you, Carlo

I have been going to Sil's for about a year for my oil changes and yesterday I took my car over to have the bumper/quarter panel reattached after running over a bicycle. They kindly fit me in and attached/replaced the broken clips and got me on my way without charge. I appreciate the great service and they also offer free drop off and pick up service when leaving your car for an oil change.
