At Sil’s Auto Centre in Oakville, Ontario, we not only SAY we care about our customers. We ACT upon it! Every customer who walks in our auto repair shop doors is highly valued. Our service advisors and auto mechanics are here to help each customer with all of their auto repair and service needs.
To this end, we send out postcard Reminder Mailers to our customers to remind them of any upcoming services that are needed on their cars. These Reminder Mailers are personalized for each customer based off their vehicle, mileage, services and recommendations from their last auto repair service visit at Sil’s Auto Centre.
In addition, we value our customers’ feedback. So after every auto repair or service visit, we call our customers for a Follow Up Customer Survey. We want to know how we did, so that we can continually improve our auto repair services and be able to provide the best customer service in Mississauga.
Most expensive repairs don’t come out of nowhere. They build up when routine maintenance is missed or when a small symptom gets pushed down the list.
Our reminder system is designed to help you:
stay on schedule with preventative maintenance
catch issues early (before they become urgent)
plan ahead for seasonal needs, like tire changes
keep your service history organized, especially if you’re managing multiple vehicles
We don’t believe in generic blasts. Your maintenance schedule should match your vehicle, your mileage, and how you drive. After we’ve reviewed your needs with you, we can keep track of key service intervals and send a reminder when it’s time to book.
If you have an upcoming visit, we may send reminders or reach out with practical notes so you know what to expect (especially during busy seasonal periods). If you ever need to adjust your appointment, our team can help you find a time that works.
Some customers prefer a physical reminder they can pin to the fridge or leave on the counter. If that’s you, postcard reminders can be a great fit.

After a service appointment, we may check in to confirm:
everything feels right with the vehicle
any concerns were fully addressed
you had a smooth experience from drop-off to pick-up
