We understand that sometimes it can be an inconvenience to leave your car at the auto repair shop. You’ve got errands to run, places to be, work to do.
Sil’s Auto Centre provides a Courtesy Shuttle Service for our customers in Oakville, ON. When you schedule your auto repair or service appointment with us, just let us know you will need our Courtesy Shuttle Service. We can drop you off or pick you up from any location within a 10 km radius of our auto repair shop.
If you need a loaner car for the day or you need to be somewhere outside of our 10 km Courtesy Shuttle Service area, please let us know. Our Service Advisor can arrange a rental vehicle for you.
If you need to leave your vehicle with us, our Courtesy Shuttle Service can drop you off or pick you up anywhere within a 10 km radius of our shop. Just tell us you’d like the shuttle when you book your appointment, and we’ll coordinate the timing with your service schedule.
This is a great option when you:
have a busy workday and can’t wait at the shop
need to get back home while we work on your vehicle
want a quick ride to a nearby errand or appointment
If your destination is outside our shuttle range, or you need wheels for the day, we can help you plan ahead. Speak with a Service Advisor and we’ll walk you through the best option based on your timing.
For longer repairs or full-day services, we also have a limited number of courtesy vehicles available. Because availability can change quickly (especially during seasonal tire rushes), it’s best to mention this at the time you book so we can confirm what’s possible.
